I have discovered the rainbow of hair colors over the past few months... 
trying to find that AHHHH moment. I cannot go natural because that would be gray and I am not doing gray. Unless you tell me to. Then I will. Cause I am an independent thinker....unless you think I should not be. Then I will stop that nonsense.

#3 I love it and it really looks good with your skin tone. All of them are very pretty though but that one just pops outs to me.

I really like dark brown, light brown is pretty too. Well they are all pretty, thats not what I meant...you know what I mean...
I can't really tell on the dk brown but I might stay with what you interviewed with for awhile and then change. You don't want to confuse the new boss so early in the game. I think the red makes you looks younger.
you know, its almost spooky how much alike we are.... i was just saying this morning while i was trying to hairspray the grays down flat that i need to color my hair but i couldn't decide if i should go blonder or maybe do a little red again. last time it turned out fuscia though.....
but here's where we differ. i will not be going to the salon; instead, ima pick me up a box a hair color at the walmart tonight.
anyway, you asked for my opinion about your hair... let's try red for a change! i'm feelin saucy.

Personally I love #4, but also was thinking light brown with blond highlights. Brown just seems to go better with your skin tone. I wish I could do that color!

Oh, I am so indecisive on this! NOT the dark brown. I can say that much. The other three, I love them all on you. A hint of red looks very good. But then I love the blonde too. Oh gosh! I'm no help!
well, I am going to be no help because I love them all, but since it is fall, I am leaning toward the dark brown or hint of red. Would doing all four be too much?? :-)
I'm voting for DARK BROWN...maybe I'm partial because I have dark brown hair. :D Just my opinion

I like the dark brown best, and then the hint of red. You look pretty though in all the pictures. You are lucky to be able to carry off so many different colors.
For the winter I always go darke...so I went with a brown this last time. I don't think I should be alone...come to the brown side with me...

Light brown is my 1st pick & the red 2nd (you remind me of some in that photo - it's bugging me) but I think I wouldn't change it until you've been on the new job for a few weeks.

I can't be reigned in by 1,2, 3, 4, this time. I'm an out of the box kind of a girl.....so here's what I think. Warm tones-Jennifer Anistonish-less ash brown. I think the reason your peeps love number 3 is because it's warmer...but I'm a blond so what I'm asking is...can you mix 1 with 3. Highlights but warm highlights. Or highlights plus some warm lolights. Warm my friend.
And if IJ's like Stevie, he could care less if I turn it green-long as I don't cut it. I also happen to be having the same issues right now---hair appt later this week. It's a scary time! XO
