I am a pretty laid back kinda mom. I think, "Is it illegal, unethical,
immoral, or will it cause excess blood or doctor's visits that might include large bills?" If the answer to these are no, I usually let my kids have at it.
The other day Baby Twerp found the Baby Wash and mistook it for lotion or hair gel or self tanner or eye make-up remover. You know, all the normal things you use on a baby.
Anyway, he began to rub the Baby Wash all in his hair, on his legs, in his eyes....you get the picture. I fought it and fought it until I finally gave in. The Baby Wash was $1, who cares if he uses the entire bottle? I would gladly pay $1 for 3 minutes of quietness.
I filled up the sink, save him his make believe self tanner, and let him go wild.

I had over one hour...did you hear me say ONE HOUR...of quiet Baby Twerp.

He made sure there were no lines or streaks and applied liberally to the skin.

We washed his hands and knuckles very
well to avoid orange tinting

And then I had to draw the line here and ask why our back side would need to bed tan? Who would be looking there? I am going to have to keep an eye on this one.

He is adorable. I can't believe he sat in that sink for an hour!

An hour, wow! Definately worth a dollar!
