On my way to get my hair cut, I changed my mind 8,421 times -- blond, short...red, same...no, red short...no blond same...no black and spiky....no purple...no straight, no perm...no afro. No...No....CORN ROLLS. Whacha think? This is so hard for me.When I got there they told me to go pick out a smock...oh just look what this does to my skin tones.... just lovely. I think it brought out the wild side of me.
Then off to be foiled like a baked tater. I told her to decide the hair color....I just could not do it. It was too much pressure and I was getting an ulcer. 
As I was drying or baking or broiling, this lady was beside me doing the same thang. The circle rotated round and round like a UFO, so I asked her if she left like a crop field. She never looked my way....
Then I got washed and it was decision time....short or same....ahhh... I finally decided and this is what I came away with...
I kid, I kid... Oh I crack ,myself up. But if you DO have hair like this, I am sure you can pull it off and look lovely. I am not judging you, I just can't pull it off and I would make my kids cry. That is all I am sayin.

and if you say you can tell NO DIFFERENCE after a hundred bucks...

I think it looks GREAT totally worth the money. I believe you can never spend to much money on your hair, but I'm crazy that way.

Looks good, and I do the same thing-- I tell my hair girl to handle it--whatever you think I need as long as I can still get it in a pony tail when it is hot, I am cool. She plays lots of games with my hair, but I am very lucky that it does not matter what she does, I can get out of bed, wash it and go to work with it wet and it look like work went into it by lunch time. On the flip side,I could actually work on it all those hours and it look EXACTLY the same
It is swell that I am not the only one that cannot make a decision/
you look ever so gorgeous! The highlights look like you've been in the riviera all summer, basking on the beach while mediterranean men dive off of cliffs in hopes of catching your attention.
p.s. I think finding a new hair salon is one of the scariest things to do in a new town, new state, new time zone. Kudos for you having the courage to try someone new. Looks like you found a keeper!
