Disney Day One

My morning welcome to Disney arrived at 7 am this morning. As the Twerps awoke and started the incessant pleas of pool time. I rolled over, checked the weather, saw an 80% chance of showers, ruled out Magic Kingdom for the day and headed to the pool. Notice how the exercise facility over looks the kiddy pool. I have no use for silly immature antics like these.
So while Middle Twerp immediately jumped inand started frolicking...Baby Twerp stayed a safe distance doing what he does best -- high and dry.And when Middle Twerp moved to the water slide...with his squeals of glee and delightBaby Twerp moved even farther away to the playground. But as Eldest Twerp started her water journeyHe decided breakfast was in order. Baby Twerp is not a water lover. And soon Eldest Twerp was tempting him with her cannon balls...But he went off to find entertainment for himselfAnd even as she pulled out the water fall incentive... He retreated to the parrot.

As I sat at the pool and soaked all this in, I soon realized there was no temptation big enough to make Baby Twerp succumb to the pressure of even getting a pinkie toe wet.
He was having no part of this foolishness. None whatsoever. Even as Eldest and Middle Twerp started to play a game of ninja in the water...

And giggle and snort...I knew I could look over and find Baby Twerp yards away from the action...But as Middle Twerp popped his head up to tell Baby Twerp he and sissy were BEST FRIENDS..I looked over to see his reaction... And only found this.... Baby Twerp? Baby Twerp? Where art thou? Had the rapture happened? Had I been left behind?

Oh my my my...he has come forth... Until he felt the temperature of that water. Then we had to take a step back....refocus...and spend the next seven hours... having the time of our lives.

And if you are asking if that is UNDERWEAR I allowed Baby Twerp to swim in the entire day? I say...There is no judgement at Disney. Amen

Yay BT!!!!!!!

No judgment at all. If that's what it took, just let it be. :)

Baby Twerp finally took the big plunge. Well good for him. I don't care if he's in his underwear or not, that's a big moment in his lifetime. It looks as if they are having the time of their lives.

I'm glad you made it safely here and the twerps are having a good time. Sorry the weather's not too great this weekend. More rain today. The good news is that rain usually means fewer crowds and since you spend most of your time in the rides, you shouldn't get too wet. Have fun, I'm off to the Food and Wine Festival at Epcot this weekend.

You are killing me with this post! So much fun, and such amazingly sweet babies! Or as my husband would say, "Those babies need to be squeezed!"

I hope your interview went well and that you are relaxing your toes off! :D

The Boy has boxers just like Baby Twerps.

I am so glad that you are doing this--your kids will remember this for the rest of their lives--bet you will too.

I still remember a surprise like this when I was little and it was just Six Flags!
