Happy New Year! Hiccup.

Happy New Year my lovelies. I hope 2009 makes you healthy wealthy and wise. Not that you are not all those things already -- but that this year you become more of those things. Cause who can not use an extra dollop of health, wealth and wisdom? I could use several side items of that there wisdom. She seems to leave me stranded a lot. Hussy.

Anyhoo, it is WELL past noon and I am still in my jammies.

I did however put my make up on cause I don't want to look a year older.

And it was a wild and crazy night last night. Well, what did I do?

Are you ready? Are you ready to be blown away by my hip coolness?

Are you ready to drop a jaw at the wild and wonderful night I had?

Are you ready to hear about the parties and the heels and the dress?

I stayed home. I wore these jammies, bought the four bottles of wine you all suggested (thanks edie and dana and justthegirl) and then bought one more for good measure that was recommended to me by our local McDonald's manager. He and I are tight like that. And just FYI - -he was so right. Hiccup.And let me tell you, I liked it. I opened up a can of you-know-what on the Twerps at the Wii. They cried. I said suck it up. And took another swig.

I moved the big hand on that ole clock forward a few hours, told the Twerps it was midnight. We sang, toasted, kissed and then I tucked them in bed. It was nine. They will never know the difference. Then I watched Dick and I got all sad and had to turn it.

Anyhoo, I would tell you the rest -- but it is kinda fuzzy. Then, I woke up this morning and IJ made us all breakfast and we headed to Whole Foods cause I was FAMISHED.

And I KNOW what you are all thinking, "CG didn't wear her jammies to Whole Foods did she????"

Uhm, are you judgin me?
