Back By Popular Demand

This is the view in my neighborhood.
My eldest twerp thinks this is amazing. It is like free ice pops. I am all about letting her have at it. If they are not yellow, eat away my love.

There are some negatives to the beautiful ice. We are one of the very FEW people in the metro area that still has power. It blinks and burps and teases us, but it has remained faithful. This is my neighbor's front yard.

You think he is gonna ask me to help clean it all up? I think I feel typhoid fever coming on! It is extremely contagious. I would love to help, but I am thinking of him. Honestly. And my fingers start to tingle and my nose starts to run and if it is green I am contagious and then my snot can turn into icicles and ahh ahh choo. Oh, I better go inside. For your sake of course. Cause if I was only worried about me I would stay and chain saw all day long. Cause that is how generous I am. For those of you who spent hours rewinding your Vanilla Ice tape to memorize each and every word so you could look so cool at the next middle school dance (not me, but for those of you who did), my dedication is below. Ice ice baby

All right stop collaborate and listen

Ice is back with my brand new invention

Something grabs a hold of me tightly

Flow like a harpoon daily and nightly

Will it ever stop yo I don't know

Turn off the lights and I'll glow

To the extreme I rock a mic like a vandal

Light up a stage and wax a chump like a candle

Dance go rush to the speaker that booms

I'm killing your brain like a poisonous mushroom

Deadly when I play a dope melody

Anything less than the best is a felony

Love it or leave it you better gain weight

You better hit bull's eye the kid don't play

If there was a problem yo I'll solve it

Check out the hook while my DJ revolves it

Peace out, baby. Next up....Shook Me All Night Long.

LOVE the Vanilla Ice bit! "Break it down"! :)

I have to say that I would not love having ice on my trees without the fun of snow!! That stinks!! If you are going to be iced in, you should be required to have snow too!! That stinks!

Thanks for sharing the photos! I have NEVER seen anything like it!

I must also say that you seem to be the sweet and kind neighbor that I am. So thoughtful. Always thinking of others! :)
