Utter Sounds Like Udder -- Giggle Giggle Snort

My spawn are in a new phase in the growth of danger and dare devil demises. They are now into climbing trees.Which I am completely and utterly fine with. {I snicker every time I use the word utter....cause oh come on....what does it remind you of? Seriously. You know. Just let it loose laugh about it. Giggle giggle, SNORT.}

Anyhoo, I am fine with the tree climbin cause it keeps them quiet and busy and out of trouble. I sit here on the couch and sip my latte and occasionally glance out the window to make sure everyone is okay. It is utterly impossible to imagine anything going wrong. {There I go again....Giggle giggle.} Then Baby Twerp comes and gets me and says that Middle Twerp is going, "Ahhh... ahhh.. ahhhh!.""Like this.... ahhh ahhh ahhh."
Fine! I set my latte down, grab my camera and meander out the door....to find this. And BT was right. He was screamin "Ahh.. ahh. ahh. "Quite loudly. And I know a good mother would have put down her camera here and gone to the rescue of her sweet angelic baby that was in trouble and scared for his life. That is what a good mother would have done. Unfortunately, he has me.
And Baby Twerp and I were way too busy laughin and takin photos to stop and help. Seriously. It was NOT that far of a drop. Don't go to judgin.
So we finally put him out of his misery and rescued him from his therapeutic moment.
Just in time for him to start throwing leaves on his siblings.
And concentrating MUCH more on his footing. It is all about the tongue placement here. This is a thinking tongue...sheer genius I tell you. If this face would have been here before that ugly tree hanging incident would not have occurred. Probably.
Again, later on in the evening you can witness the thinking face...and you can see the successful tree placement. It is all in the tongue. As long as the tongue is in proper placement we are fine. But when we start to get a little too comfortable and forget about our placement in life ... This occurs...And the wailing and screaming and gnashing of teeth follow ... along with "Momma....Momma...Heeeelp!"

In which I OF COURSE respond, "I would but I have this camera and all. My bloggers expect a play by play."

That is when Eldest Twerp steps in cause she can not handle it any longer. Whuss.
All the while Baby Twerp keeps his feet firmly planted.
His momma didn't raise no fool.

Okay all I could think of was... "He's going to break that poor maple tree!"

Of course this makes me no more sympathetic to his situation than a camera totin' momma.

Does this officially make me a tree hugger?

Gorgeous photos of your kids and I love that you capture everything on camera. So my question is do you print out all your photos and have a great way of storing them all organized? I have a ton of photos of my kids and was wondering what you done.

It's hard to type when you are laughing so hard. I love that you took the time and got those pictures before helping Twerp. It just cracks me up that you do those things.

Okay, even though I don't know you, I wake up every morning, turn on the computer and go right for your blog. I think it is a great idea to start my day off with a good belly laugh. And today I got it! I was laughing so hard at that picture of poor MT haning there, knowing that you couldn't help him until you got the picture. I would have done the same thing! Have fun at work!

i laughed loud out loud! priceless! and ET comin' to the rescue! you go girl! document away. MT wasn't in any real danger..in fact he starts laughing at himself all stuck up there. my kiddo (good mom that i am) came running in from his tree climbing escapade with a giant -Dash-to-the ER- gash on his face. he has fallen out of tree \onto concrete block neighbor had put down there. he survived so we still laugh!
